I would contact anyone I know first as in my friends and siblings
let them know about the wereabouts of the stepfather and what I think he will be capable of doing have them call the police and investagate the house for any clues or evidence if it doesnt work in case of emergency take care of matters in my own hands b4 it is too late and he destroys the entire country after he gets through with hsi family but I would assure u that I want to prevent that for ever happening
