Ya know, I think I forgot to mention it before, but I received the David Staller version of PotO for my birthday. It is great, I highly recommend it. It has the Daroga. That's reason enough to love it. ^^

The daroga perhaps, but he neither looks nor sounds persian I'm afraid.

David Staller does have the best Moncharmin and Richard though...

And Erik DOES tend to say Daroga so oddly.

I always stop it before he goes after meg so I don't have to see Erik as a horrible shallow b*****d. =D

Love the ending of Claude Rains for some reason. I love Anatol and Raoul going off when Christine abandons them too.
