Uh, no. You know why? Because firefly has cowboy pirates in space. razz screw vampires. it's all about them space pirate cowboys with tight pants, plastic dinosaurs, big guns named vera, an actual job (albeit glorified prostitution), a guy with a crazy sister that pretends to be a ship, a mechanic, and The Sane One (aka Zoe)

Okay, you are a Whedon fan. Do you really think that Buffy doesn't have a quirky crew either. Once you get in the groove I know that you will at least like the show. Maybe not more than Firefly, but I KNOW you will like at least parts of it... I mean Ex-demons that are afraid of bunnies, Vampires that watch soap operas, a sister that is shiny, and a werewolf that is trying to become a musician, just to name a few without ruining it smile
