well supernatural its only so it if your not used to dealing with things that most don't even perceive if your aware of things its not actualy supernatural but natural in itself spirits are more drawn to those who are aware so for those who are its not nessesarily supernatural but their normal average preception and normal life

My grandmothers house is haunted. You hear something run up and down the stairs at night and crash into the doors. It would strike my door first and then bounce and hit the door opposite mine. My grandmother tried to say it was our dog but one night when it happened, he was laying at the foot of my bed.

I tried to convince myself one time to open the door and see what it was but I was far too scared to do it. It's said it's a circuit ghost cause it repeats the same thing at the same time and to knock it off it's tracks can have dire consequences.

I know it was not another family member as well cause the speed that it ran up the wooden stairs was way too fast for anyone in y family and the fact that it would suddenly be back at the bottom without making the stairs creak roved impossible for any of my family...I know I tried to master walking up and down them without making a sound. xD
