What do you think is the freakest movie you've ever saw or just can't watch because its too scary?

The most disturbing movie I've ever watched was Karla.
It made me feel physically sick watching it.
I'm a fan of the lead male actor in the film and I couldn't actually look at him for hours after watching it, his performance affected me that much.
It's not gory, not by any means, it's just incredibly disturbing.
