Prince of Persia : THE MOVIE ???

Ok, I heard a rumor that a Prince of Persia movie was in the works. And Jake Freakin Gyllenhall was cast as the Prince. (wtf...JAKE??). Has ANYONE heard anything about this? And what are your thoughts on the so-called casting, if in fact, this rumor is valid at all?

I personally think that *if* they were really making a PoP movie, that they could have done much better than Jake Gyllenhall. There's only so much Hollywood make-up can do. confused

That's no rumour, they are in fact making a Prince Of Persia Movie.
Casting will be vital for this so I'm happy they got Ben Kingsley and Alfred Molina.
