I have a few questions.
If Peter is in his own universe. Why doesn't walter and other people remember him yet? I know Olivia is special with the drugs, but I find t strange that it just effects her.

And another note.
What the hell is going with Robert Jones? I'm glad they are reopening this story because I didn't like the way it ended before.

And isn't Broles a bad guy? He let Robert Jones GO. So I keep loving this guy , but in the back of my head keeps saying, "Umm, he is a shapeshifter".

They can't remember him because he was erased. The Observers created another timeline in this universe and only Olivia can remember because of her powers. Also, Broles was just being black mailed and is not a shapeshifter. DRL helped cure his sons disease with his help on the inside. It was hinted at him being a shapeshifter but last nights episode confirmed he wasn't.

I didn't see last nights episode. emo
But don't you think that the old timeline would collide back?

I don't think the timelines would collide because that would create a new set of problems. If the old timeline collided than everything that happened so far would be changed again. Broles and DRL are dead in the other timeline and I think this new one was created so that we can see the characters again.

What really confused me about this season of fringe, was that there has been no clues or subtle hints to Charlie dying on ''the other side''. And yet I have seen nothing of him.

I'm a little sad they shut off the machine but I'm glad Lincoln chose to stay in the red-verse with Fauxlivia. It's a piece of blatant fan-service, but hey... It was a good piece!
