Okay, wow. What the ********, Peter?! Seriously. And while I'm sitting here going 'What the ********, Peter?!', I'm also glad it wasn't Brandon. I like that guy. During the preview for next weeks' episode, did anyone else think, in Peter Griffin's voice, 'I wish I had no bones!'? Great episode, though. I loved how Walter dropped the fan term for the Olivia from the alternate universe. Faux-Livia.

I know, right? My only concern now is why Peter waited until now to start offing the shapeshifters... I mean, he's very brilliant and he could have hacked his way into Faux-livia's files ages ago and done it then, while no one knew about the files. But, I guess it's more dramatic to do it this way.
Weird episode. Seems likely that William Bell will be returning in some capacity.

I loved Walter's dominant chimp face.

At first the whole boneless thing totally creeped me out. but as the episode worn on I began getting more and more angry at both Olivia and Peter. He fell in love with what he thought Olivia should have been. I mean come on his telling our gal he thought HE was bringing out all these qualities in the fauxolivia that he found so favorable. How is that supposed to make OUR Olivia feel? I'd say she is feeling pretty inadequate compared to her rival by now. The whole thing has me steaming mad!
Not sure if I like the whole WHO WILL PETER CHOOSE NEXT WEEK ON FRINGE thing. The end of the world is at stake and Nina, Olivia, etc, are just sitting around moping or hiding things.

Hopefully something intelligent comes out of it. The show has been so good and it feels like it took a few huge steps backward this week.

The confrontation with Sam was cool, but, again, she isn't telling anyone. Hopefully the "Don't trust Sam Weiss" message has something to do with what he said this week.

I gotta say, this episode was a little skewed. They jumped from William Bell and that book about the first people, the guy with no bones to Olivia dealing with Peter liking Faux-Livia more (again) to another cortexiphan kid. I did think it was slick how when Peter asked Walter how many more kids there were, he didn't answer. Nice little trick for the writers in the future to introduce more of the children when the plot dictates. I'm so interested in seeing what's going on in the other universe that I'm willing to not completely pan this week's episode. I was entertained and that counts. Let's just hope next week is better.
FRINGE IS AMAZING! PETER AND OLIVIA NEED TO GET MARRIED

If that happened, it might actually be a good thing for our universe... Since, y'know, the decision of which Olivia Peter will choose will determine the future of all existence in both universes.
That or Sam is just messing with them.

Which is likely.

Oh, but the drama they could milk out of a decision like that makes me thing it's for realsies. I mean, why would this week's episode be about Faux-Livia and the alternate universe unless they're going to build on this whole 'Who will Peter choose?' thing-a-gig.

Considering how fast paced this season has been, I couldn't really figure out why they were dragging out the Peter/Olivia thing until this past episode. But now that I know this whole thing hinges on whichever Olivia Peter decides to get his d**k wet in, it makes sense.
I don't mind where the Olivia/Peter/Machine plot is going in theory, but the execution wasn't too good last episode. Neither was the Sam info dump, really.

It's been an awesome season, so i'll have faith in whatever they have planned.

At least this week they go back to the alternate world. Where Olivia is actually interesting!

Right?! She's totally baller! And her outfit. Goddamn! Her picture is definitely in my spank bank. You have no idea how badly I want to see the two Olivias catfight over Peter while he tries to shut down the machine and Walter stands in the background sipping a strawberry shake and rooting them all on. xp
