That’s a tough choice since I grew up in the 90s when cartoons were great. However, if I did have to pick out of all the Tv shows I used to watch, I’d say Darkwing Duck or the Wacky Races were my favorite.

Should I just sit here and list early 1990's cartoons?
Gumi Bears, Rugrats, Bonkers, Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, Tail Spin and so on and so forth. If it was a cartoon I saw it and probably loved some part of it.
