You'll have to forgive me. I do not know what a Borg is. However, since the Daleks are a murderous race with no emotions and long-ranged weapons who are too superior to join forces with anything besides other Daleks, I'm going with them.

Roflmao - if only you knew that the Borg would keep coming and adapting till they could beat a Dalek. Loose one Borg, they just get more & continue to adapt till there the dominante species.

Now a truce would be hilarious to watch ... but both would be too damn stubborn to make one.

Inner trekkie in me takes over the inner who fan in me : Borgs win. Just because, they could get the job done instead of just returning all the time.

Well both groups have time travel and both are capable of producing large numbers of ships and troops very quickly.

I think it depends on which Borg we're talking about.

If we're talking about the terrifying Borg from TNG and First Contact, then I think the Borg win this one just from their incredible ability to adapt - as soon as they manage to assimilate a single Dalek, even if it's only be some amazing luck that they're able to disable it and get close enough, then the Daleks lose any advantage the may have had before.

If we're talking about the idiot Borg from Voyager who can't seem to do anything without even the slightest degree of competence, then the Daleks win.

Unless we're talking about the equally idiotic Daleks from Journey's End who put a computer console inside of a prison that was capable of wiping out their entire civilization. Then it's a draw.

So yeah, if we ignore the stupid episodes for both series, then I'd say the Borg.

What a question... It's like asking "Who'd win in a fight, a Dalek or a Cyberman?" Now we all know the answer to that one; It's the Daleks! As for a truce between the Daleks and the Borgs: Not happening. The Cybermen tried that in Doomsday and the Daleks reply was a pretty resounding "NO".

Cybermen and Cyborgs are puny: Daleks conquer the world with "One Dalek".

Of course, The Doctor would beat them all, so it doesn't really matter 3nodding
