Well, something that seems suspicious about the newspaper that Mycroft was reading, because it said, something like "False Genius Commits Suicide". Nothing about how said genius killed man said to be Moriarty, or how Moriarty killed himself. In fact, nothing about Moriarty at all. My speculation is that Moriarty's body was either taken away by one of his henchmen, or that Jim isn't dead (Okay, maybe I'm hoping for the second one a little, but hey! Who knows what's gonna happen?)

Possible, and in the Coyle canon Moriarty does have a brother, and it is speculated that the brother is a twin and his much more brilliant than James, just that I don't think he uses his brilliance for crime lol but he might avenge his brothers death!

Yes! James Moriarty has a brother, and his name is James Moriarty!

I think Sebastian Moran will be playing an important role in season 3.
