Don't know about Q-dance, but Pills by DJ Zany uses the same samples as one of my favorite artists songs. This is speedcore.

no, but the idea of vibrating q-tips isn't a bad idea, infact they could sell well...

but no, q-dance is a music/dance event that focuses on harder forms of electronic music. hardcore, hardstyle, dubstep, acid house, speed core, trance, etc.
