Welcome to Gaia! ::

Well as the name says I'm new with the Industial music scene and I was wondering what are some good bands? I'd appreciate it if you can help me. I've heard Skinny Puppy, Rammstein, and Moi Dix Mois (I don't know if they're Industrial).
I don't know what you will and won't like so here are some of the bands I listen to, some are probably more Electonic than Industrial though:

Stabbing Westward
Nine Inch Nails
KMFDM
Wumpscut
Joy Division
Velvet Acid Christ
Skinny Puppy
Front Line Assembly
Ministry
Rammstein
Zeromancer (More Electronic/Synth than anything)
Lollipop Lust Kill (Alternative Metal or Industrial I'm not sure)

Yeah I wasn't too sure on that one because they didn't really sound it but I added it anyway. That also means that the CD store I shop at has them mis-categorized.

Moi Dix Mois is visual kei Japanese rock. Rammstein, well I used to be into them...to me their highlight was 97-98. Puppy is ofr course one of the biggest acts, and the most influential. There wouldnt be NIN, :wumpscut:, or ya could even say marilyn manson without puppy.

These days industrial is called EBM, and features a more trancier sound, however it is still just as stomp and good.

What you wanna check out is Funker Vogt, Suicide Commando, VNV Nation,
:wumpscut:, Assemblage 23, Feindflug, Hocico, etc. Classic front line assembly is also a winner.
moi dix mois is good!!!! but their......not exactly industrial..........

I did forget some of the bands I've listned to such as Funker Vogt and Suicide Commando, I'm good for that. As for VNV NAtion and Assemblage 23 I listen to both but it never occured to me that EBM and Industrial were considered the same thing...... sweatdrop

You know what, shut the hell up. I wasn't thinking when I put them on the list and I've apologized for that so why don't you just get over it.
