Yet another older title reuploaded.

I like the percussions.

And I made this today.

Played a drum loop through lp filter + chorus + bit reduction, with a couple of pitch changes on the original sample (for example, the effect around 5s.)
The snares with delay are a separate track.

I know it's only 13 seconds long. I thought I'd submit it to this compo. whee

Not bad. Nice background tune smile Nothing to comment on. Could clean up the mix to single out elements, but I like the composition. Use some stereo panners and boost signals.

I'm not really big on chip-tunes anymore, but you're getting better. The melody was a little too simple and I feel there needed to be something to fill the background more than just a tremolo synth wave.

The Finer Things In Life

This is my first IDM/Ambient track, it could definitely use some more but I'd like to hear what you guys think should be added or removed, etc. I want to go for something similar in style to Tycho/BoC meets RJ Valeo.

well the pshew pshew sound kinda took up some space. and with lsdj you only get 4 channels. generally i use pulse 1 for the kick drum and fit the bass in between those notes, pulse 2 for the lead, wave channel for a sort of rhythm, and the noise channel as snare/drums

i think on Ghost From Another Dimension i did a good job on the filling
