would they have the original DS?
No, since it's not actually, "new".
E3 is the is the down right evil convention they came up with to c**k tease every gamer with games that wont be coming out for a while. It is still really fun though, I'm watching it streaming right now.
It's a wonderful event that I was lucky enough to attend in 2003.

The Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3 for short, is an anual gaming convention. Many different gaming community sites other news-related sites attend, where new games (and occasionally consoles) are announced, as well as new info released pertaining to games that have been announced prior to the event and are in development.

TL;DR Video Game news for 5 days in a row every year.

As stated before, it stands for Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). It's the gaming industry's upfront presentation of what is to come from their companies in the next year. Only industry officials are allowed to attend. That includes gaming media people. An every day gamer isn't allowed to go. The television networks have the same kind of thing but it isn't as well known. The gaming industry needs beta testers and who better than the press that's going to review them to get a hands on sample. Then tweaks are made based off what has been said so more copies will be sold because it'll get a better review. wink

If they allow sellers, like at a flea market, there might be one. Never been to an E3 so not sure, but at the ComicCons they have a sellers room for "vintage" stuff sometimes.

edIT: emosgirl answered both of us on that, industry officials only - no sale room for vintage, oh well, check your local conventions tho, and Amazon or eBay, they sometime pop up there.

The Electronic Entertainment Expo, commonly known as E3, is an annual trade fair for the computer and video games industry presented by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). It is used by many video game developers to show off their upcoming games and game-related hardware.
E3 is widely considered to be the ultimate expo in the video game industry[1] and major video game critics routinely document the event and sometimes even provide a series of E3 awards. Video game companies generally spend more on their presentations for E3 than any other convention.[citation needed] Major video game critics often have a "best of E3" award session (similar to end-of-year award sessions), and only E3 consistently features such awards.[citation needed]
Unlike Gamescom and other video game trade fairs that allow the public to attend, E3 was transformed into invitation-only in 2007 and 2008. A separate conference called the Entertainment for All Expo was held those years to accommodate the public demand for a major, annual video game event. However, it did not replicate E3's success and was abandoned when its normal registration procedure returned.[citation needed]
E3 is commonly held in late May or early June of each year at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) in Los Angeles, and was held there from June 7 to June 9 in 2011. In 2007, the convention was exceptionally held from July 11 to July 13 in Santa Monica, California.
