In the Olympics an athlete's performance is rated on a score of 1-10, 1 being poor and not really worth watching (basically if the athlete just stood there and sneezed) and 10 being outstanding (great condition, great form, moves that seem to come out of nowhere).

Here, rate your fellow Gaians on their avatars. 1 for something lame and slapped together, to 10 for being really creative, well put together, and just freakin' bad a**.

Decimals are acceptable. Basically a 1 is for when a Gaian shows up in the default grey undergarments. So give points for any thought put into it. But something that just looks slapped together with the items piled on isn't a good reason to add extra points, no matter how awesome the individual items are. Sometimes certain items have special effects, if they use these for good measure then they get more points.
