I found that simple timing is the easiest way for it. Also the ghost count is hard for me. Even more so that the other ones.

The bottle cap one is pretty easy actually
You just need to shoot around the bottom of the bottle caps or the brown space right below it and it turns over~

It's pretty simple but I haven't figured out the scoring system on it yet. There are sometimes I make it in a worse time but I get a better score. >.< It confuses me.
