It's lots of practice....
Even now I'm practicing technically....practicing drawing REALLY fast....It does strange things to my style. O.o But I really need to learn how to draw faster.

I should really start to draw. But first I must invest in a tablet :3

Naw, I have to disagree. You should see some of the stuff I did with a mouse about...was it four years ago? Bleh, I don't remember anymore.
But what I was saying; Tablets are expensive. Learn to draw well first, then get one. Using a mouse sucks, but if anything it forces you to draw more traditional art which is harder than digital art. It's a better way to learn. :3
Then when you feel confident you can buy a tablet.
