It's up to you..but I feel Ike has a terrible weakness against projectiles.
So Falco for me and of course you could try Ness. xp (shameless plug)

It's personal taste in the end. I clearly say Ike but then again, he's too overpowered and his major weakness is that he's vulnerable against projectiles and he doesn't have the best jump in the game.

For Falco, he can jump really high but in the end he doesn't have range like Fox and Wolf when it comes to his Smash Attack. He's also the lightest of the three...and then his Landmaster stays in the longest and can move really fast in the air.

Ike is not dumb. People will only a say a certain character is dumb because they can't play him. It's that obvious.
