how do i get them into my siggy bar?

Go to the link. Copy and past one of the IMG codes of your choice. The code isnt complete, so when you copy it to your signature you have to put the brackets in the proper place. Like

[IMG]whatevertheimagehttpis[/IMG].

how do i get them into my siggy bar?

right click it in someones signature... you will see an option for copy link location... click that and you copy the link to your clipboard. Then go to your gaia preferences and you will see a section for signature. drop the link in there and surround it with the {IMG} tags you normally would use and save.
