You could also read something that's related to "Doctor Who". A Teaspoon and an Open Mind is a great specialised fanfic site and fanfiction.net has a "Doctor Who" section. Or, if you're not into fanfiction, try one of the official novels.

There is nearly an infinite amout of the Doctor...you just have to figure out how to yank it away from those overprotective tossers at the BBC.

I get pretty serious withdrawal as well. The fan community for Whovians is so in depth, though, it's pretty easy to get a fix. Reddit and Tumblr keep me up to my ears in Tennant pics. And I often just go back and watch favorite episodes to tide me over for the new ones. Or the Classics. Always a good time to go back to the beginning.
