I've only watched the newer series (9-11) so that is all I can say for.
My favourite is the 10th Doctor. 11 could have been better, but the storylines that happened after Russell T Davies left just weren't as good (in my opinion), and so Matt couldn't (yet?) reach his full potential in his role of the Doctor.

My favorite Doctor would be ten because he was funny and clever, He was caring and evrything not to say the other doctors weren't and also I love eleven to with his craziness and stuff. xd
