I really love Eleven, but Twelve is definitely my favorite doctor that I've met, and Clara Oswin Oswald (the latest companion) is my favorite companion. I simply love her. Although, I also have a special fondness for Rory Pond and Rose Tyler. wink

My favorite doctor is David Tennant, but I also really liked Christopher Eccelston. Why does everyone dislike him so?! I haven't watched any episodes before the revival, so I don't really know what those incarnations and companions were like. My favorite companion would be either Rose Tyler, Clara Oswald, or Wilfred Mott.
