Then, though I enjoyed watching Doctor Who, I kind of drifted away from it...until my friends started talking about Nine...and then I think everyone knows the story from there. XD

My friends in high school were obsessed with it and they would talk about it all the time. then I saw it on TV with Matt Smith and Amy and River in the crash of the Byzantium and I really liked it. Then I found it on Netfilcks and i have been a whovian ever since. blaugh

it was the first episode of eccleston's series with the manikins. at the time the low quality special effects turned me off and i changed the channel.
the next time i saw an episode was matt smith's first episode.
i've been a huge fan of them all ever since.
