Is it something I can just jump into? Or do I have to watch it from the beginning?

Well... it's not really something you can jump into... that's what I did, and I was confused as all hell and it had me starting out hating the show... but technically you don't wanna start at the vary beginning wither since the first episode was made in the 60's... tried to watch it, VERY boring to me. Start with the 9th doctor, which is when they brought the show back after a hiatus... the tenth is my personal favorite though ^^

Start with the 2005 season. It's a good spot for new people to come in without absolutely needing to watch the Classic lot to understand what's going on.
If you like the new stuff, definitely go back and watch the old. Sixties television, man. It's wild.

That episode made me sad crying . The tenth doctor was the whole reason I got interested in the show all those months ago... when he regenerated I was soo upset... I kept cursing Matt Smith and everything... was not pleased at all XD. But I'm good with Matt now... still love Tennant though. Adorable ^^

That episode made me sad crying . The tenth doctor was the whole reason I got interested in the show all those months ago... when he regenerated I was soo upset... I kept cursing Matt Smith and everything... was not pleased at all XD. But I'm good with Matt now... still love Tennant though. Adorable ^^

Matt Smith was my first so I like him. But then I saw some old episodes with David in them that was before I understood the whole regination thing. Did not like him was kind of pissed then saw how funny he was and begin to love him to. Now I am torn between the two. Both are very good doctors. I will be very sad though when Matt has to leave. And the episode second to the last of the end of the season was just so upsetting. I don't want to say to much don't want to give out a spoiler to those who have not seen it yet. But if you have seen it then you know what I am talking about. You know what River had to do. Such a sad time. And the last episode of the season. Ugg so many tears. Was so sad.
