Lol. That would probably by the 11th doctor doing that. I think he set new 3-d messeges for the next companion. Then goes on a new adventure just to find a new one so he wont be lonely anymore. Or looks at old ones lives. Or repairing the tardis. 'Good old reliable sexy' heart

When he isn't talking to the TARDIS, he is probably traveling to random points in the universe and meeting famous people. Also, he probably visits random points in Rose's life to watch from a far. He probably does this with other companions too.

I expect he has a sleep, sulks a bit.. and then he has got all of time and space at his disposal, so I expect he goes for little trips.
