Not very actually. People are pretty much looking at the thing 24/7, meaning it would almost never have the opportunity to move. And if it did, for that half a second when nothing in the world was looking at it, well let's just say people would notice the next second later when it was frozen again trying to get away from the almost omnipresent gaze of the world. I very much doubt it would have enough time to leave it's rock in the ocean, much less send anyone back in time. Honestly, I'd me more worried if my mini-statue of a Weeping Angel was actually a Weeping Angel, as it is so small it would be very difficult to see it coming, and would very easily pass unnoti

The Statue of Liberty isn't that scary when you put it in perspective...

point 1: As everyone has siad before ^^ how could is move?

point 2: Remember the end of the very first weeping angles, when the camera zoomed out to show all the possible weeping angles??? We'd have bigger problems to worry about!

point 3: The thing has been standing there for ages and frankly, no offence lady liberty, there aren't many less scary poses a statue could come up with!

The corroded, dormant Angels in "The Time of Angels" didn't have wings.

I would be more worried about the plethora of statues of Justice. Her eyes are generally covered by a blindfold, so she wouldn't be able to look at any other Angel.

Meaning they had wings that wore off. Liberty has never had wings, nor is she stone, she is a hollow copper structure. Justice wouldn't be able to see you either, so no worries there. Might as well get into a tizzy about the statue of David or the Pieta.
