There needs to be an episode called Revenge of the Silurians, which covers the aftermath of their actions in Hungry Earth/Cold Blood: 1000 years later Planet Earth is being roasted by solar waves, leaving it uninhabitable. The Silurians learn from Nasreen that the Doctor could have foreseen this, being a time traveler.
