Doctor Who merchandise?

I have several Doctor Who shirts from random shirt-a-day sites.

I got Tennant's sonic screwdriver for Christmas, and a disappearing TARDIS mug. :]

I also have the Fourth Doctor's scarf. My father in law got it at a convention years and years ago and passed in on to me.

I have a remote controlled Dalek. And a keychain that plays sounds from the show.
My dad has the 10th doctors screw driver and physic paper with the 10th doctors screw driver as a pen.

I really, really, really want the master screw drivers.

And where did you get the keychain?
I just have 10's screw driver, 2 posters, and a T-shirt with axis Daleks chasing England from Hetalia (the Italy one is holding a plate of pasta).

Oh ho! I have 2 posters as well. I completely forgot about those. Blah!
The keychain I got from my fiance got it for me. Couldn't ask where they got it. Probably don't even remember. Ordered it the same time as the remote controlled dalek. That was last year or so.

What about a company name? Sometimes companies put their names some where on their products. Sorry for the bother. sweatdrop

i have a bunch of t shirts and a broken sonic screwdriver from the 9th doctor. i saw an adipose plushy yesterday in fye though! and some plastic daleks in a joke shop!
oh, and a 2011 book of doctor who and a book with all the aliens since doctor who started up again!
