I was torn..I love the 9th and the 10th....the 11th is pretty awesome too but I picked the 10th.

Since there has been 11 Doctors, there should be no "Who is your favorite Doctor" polls. Someone is always going to complain that one was left out.

All of the Doctors are the same man in a sense so the best Doctor is the Doctor himself. My favorite aspects of the Doctor would have to be in 10 though.
