I watched The End of Time yesterday for only the second time.
I thought it was sad the first time, but knowing what was going to happen just made it worse.

Since this seems to be turning into a discussion on episodes with sad endings, I can't help wondering if any of you have ever seen "Earthshock". Because one of the Doctor's companions, Adric, actually died at the end of that story.

I cried the most when Wilf tapped on the glass. Everything before that moment made me think 'maybe he isn't really going to regenerate yet'. Just seeing all the hope leave the Doctor's eyes left me balling. crying
