(This is also the point when I bat my eyelashes at you and say pretty please would you mind terribly if I made this dress. Possibly. And literally. Because I have fabric like this in my closet and nothing to do with it except quilts. And I am a semi-professional seamstress, not quilter, and I am very bored with quilts. Also, frilly skirts are wonderful things.)
