Ya,i've been wanting to know how to use it!....Anyone want to help? o uo

They will announce that there is a new contest sometime soonish, and then you will follow the instructions (basically draw on the template, do not alter the template, etc.) and then once you are done with your design, you will submit it and pay 10,000 gold. Then if you are chosen, your item will be made and you get all the colors/variations.
