I try to do cosplays no one has done before since I'm not into many main stream animes. Here's a few pics: 1st is my sister and I doing the yokai forms of Son Goku and Cho Hakkai from Saiyuki, and the 2nd is me as Mee-Hii from the Korean horror film A Tale Of Two Sisters, and the 3rd is me again as Mugetsu from the video game The Bouncer. In the last one I had to get a pic with me holdind a keyblade as I was the arch enemy of Sora's older cousin Sion. whee

My first real cosplay, I suppose. Thrown together in two days for a cosplay event at the local library, mostly out of borrowed materials, altered thrift store finds, and stuff in the bottom of my closet. I cheated on the wig, it's a short black wig, purchased for a friend's L cosplay, it was never intended for this costume. I just needed black hair FAST. And the cloak is...cruddy. I borrowed it from a friend, due to time constraints, but it's not up to my standards. One day, after Anime North '09, I'm going to finish this costume. Make a GOOD cloak, get the necklace, a proper wig, and maybe even some contacts, down the road.

Female Link Cosplay



This one's not quite finished, it's about 95% done, and my first large-scale cosplay. This was made from scratch, with lots of help from my grandma. I'd always wanted to cosplay Link, but he's so overdone...and I kind of wanted something feminine, so, I drew up a few sketches and designed a female version of him. I'm still missing the shield, a sheath for the sword, the choker necklace, and the boot covers, so this is really just the teaser photo.
