I was at the Armor making Panel at the time so I missed the meetup but was there along with Tomahawkchunker.

Oh BTW we are from Augusta (although now I work in Atlanta but go to Augusta pretty much every non-con weekend)

and try to invite as many people as possible for next year that didn't come.

there are a few more cons between now and next year that we may pirate, i have to discuss it with the rest of our team. ninja

but if we can pull 80 people together again we may discuss getting a room inviting mods and even have some mods come down, but im thinking if we go threw all this we should have a dance or a party at least, something fun and casual to get to know your fellow gaians. and who knows maybe a dj? ill ask around i know a few.

I just need to find out where and when the cons are so we can hold more events.
I'm already saving up now for my ticket, room, and other stuff we may need so that we can make it a better experience.

getting mods to come is something we are definitely gonna try to achieve in doing.
All of the other stuff should be a piece of cake.

Well Drake69 knows some and I know of one plus we have a year to plan so we should be fine.
if we don't get one, we could always just play some music from ipods or something we would have set up.

try to get as many people interested in a meet-up as possible in the future and try to get more people interested in going to AWA next year that didn't go this year.
just try to do that for now.
and of course try to get more people to join gaia in your area and then try to get them to come to AWA.
