Yeah.. it would be... So, um... anyone okay with meeting up sometime in november at a restraunt somewhere and hanging out and talking this over? i'm good for augusta or savannah but.. prefer the former.

On another note... i'm going to make a slideshow thing for the AWA experience... lol atleast for one of the girls that was there.

if u plan on running it for this thread, make sure you, notify HelloKitty first because he runs the thread along with Heimdall Zero and myself sometimes.
but augusta is prolly best for me, HelloKitty, and Heimdall Zero, and Drake69. we ran the one that just pasted so we will try to get more people to come to augusta for it and I'll discuss the meetup date and location with HelloKitty and Heimdall Zero.

Okay! Back to the main point. Gaia event. How about we all try this, just give ideas of what you'd like to see... then give an idea of the minimum that you think would still make it tons of fun, and then something you'd really like not to see, like so! (Note... this is just for demo purposes)

augusta is prolly the best place for the time being because us the the people who ran the gaia get together can get anywhere in augusta no problem.
just try to take off in advance once we set an actual date.

A room will cost a lot of money and dealers passes will be needed. people would have to pitch in for that and designated people will be running it if that happens.

A meeting is taking place no matter what happens. we have that taken care of 100%

The meeting will never fail because the one that happened saturday was going to be a failure due to the runner of the last thread but we saved it from not happening.

Yeah, basically i just want a chance for all of us that are in the area (i don't think there were too many gaians at the meet that weren't from the CSRA, feel free to correct me on that tho), to give ya'll some ideas, plus it'd be nice to hang out with folks in the area sometime other than a con, just in a normal setting ya know. It's kinda like the thing on one of the WoW screens. "Feel free to bring your friends into Azeroth, but spend time with them outside of azeroth as well"

so yeah, idk.. just really wanna try to make this thing awesome next year! I mean... we all saw how much ya'lls thing rocked this year with little planning! anywhos ...

Eric_Raine: there were only 4 gaians that I know of from the CSRA. but we can first get down to what all will be done at the new one coming up, then go have fun and just chill and stuff. I want to have it in a normal atmosphere like the mall or something so it shouldn't be hard to pull off.

Yeah.. well a bunch of the guys i talked to were from savannah or somewhere between savannah and augusta. Cept you guys of course. Yeah, i was thinking like the mall as well. Sit down together, eat and talk about stuff.

On a caveat to that; the things on my little form where just for filler. As for the room and stuff i'm willing to provide some financing ^^. Anyways get with jeremy and nick and find out when in the future they think will be good for them.. i work from 0130-1330 on differing days so yeah, i'm good any afternoon. I'm gonna hop off and go cook some steaks but i'll be back

I was at the Armor making Panel at the time so I missed the meetup but was there along with Tomahawkchunker.

Oh BTW we are from Augusta (although now I work in Atlanta but go to Augusta pretty much every non-con weekend)
