My somewhat humorous cosplay story involved a Sanzo cosplay, a Hakkai cosplay, some objects of a sensitive nature and a friend in the same room who I swear to God was asleep when I checked before the whole thing went down, but apparently was not. Yeah...not necessarily funny so much as awkward, especially when the friend didn't tell me how much they heard/potentially saw until a few years later.

At a con, two of my friends decided to start a hugging contest while cosplaying the GazettE. So they put signs on their back (which were eventually lost ninja ) and the game was tied for a decent amount of time. Then we met up with a guy cosplaying the Organization Riku, who got a whole bunch of people within a small space in the dealers' room to hug one of my friends. For the rest of the con, she tried to avoid him, but he kept reappearing.

about four years ago, I was one of the first cosplayers to cosplay L at our CO con, and the candy Ninja (NKD goers know who I'm talking about) brought out a piece of candy in front of my face, and I started to follow him, dragging my Light along on our handcuffs, and the fangirl screams that followed... my goodness o.o;;

Well me and spirit were at exp and I was L and she was Spirit.
Everyone kept mistaking her for light.

Well, here´s a slightly strange story. It was at Expocomic in Madrid, Spain. I was with my group of friends. We were cosplaying a batman group: Nurse Joker, the Riddler, Scarecrow (me) and Black Mask. Anyhow, we were all crossplaying, since we´re all female. This guy walked up to us and started talking about our cosplays, how it was funny that we were all girls, and stuff like that. Then we aked him about *his* cosplay, since it was some sort of strange dude with like a backpack and chainsaw and stuff (it was something from the Necronomicon or something like that, apparently). His reply was: "Well, my name is Rob, but you can call me......whenever you want." He totally did a pause between "me" and "whenever" and slight pose in that moment.

Insert awkward pause. All four of us girls were looking at each other like "Did he just say that?!". He had. So we all kinda laughed a bit awkwardly and he walked off. That phrase became the joke of the day. XD And I still wonder....did he think that would work?

Also, a while later, this dude asked me if he could take a picture with me. I answered "of course!". He did a double take. LoL, it was my very girly voice that ruined the effect, I´m guessing. He was quite surprised that I was a girl. Hahaha, I´m apparently a good crossplayer, though admittedly it´s a lot easier to manage when you´re wearing a mask. And not speaking. (And shoulderpads, hahaha, to make my shoulders wider XD)

so i was talking with my friend about our wigs and costumes and i said:

" i can't wait until i see you as-"

so i got cut off because the people sits beside us saids:

" EWWWW did you hear that?!"

i continued

"....sebastian( from black butler/kuroshitsuji )

so after a few minutes realized what the bi*ches beside us meant, they thought i said " i can't wait to see you @$$" =.= eventually we try to explain things but they just ignore us scream

i was kind of angry and laughing back then LOL it was 2 weeks ago
