I haven't posted on the other thread since...way before October- and I did go to the expo, I was Ayane from Dead Or Alive 2. I didn't like the expo so much though.
But anyway, I've pretty much decided who I'm gonna be this year, and I'm gonna reveal that on the Sunday of May I will be Ishida from Bleach as part of a very, very large Bleach cosplay surprised

Has anyone else booked a room in the Etap London City airport hotel? It's only like 10 minutes walk to the expo centre from there and there are plenty of rooms left, a twin room is £45 and for an extra £5.90 you get breakfast for two people ^-^

I book mine after i went crazy last night... Which reminds me *Lowers gun* you're free to go =]

AND HOMG!!!! Commander Adama from Battlestar Galactica Is at the expo!!! I luff eet! Anyone else wanna help me kidnap him? ;D

i love galactica, razor was amazing heart if all goes well i may be tyki as well in may, free yaoi AND free butterflies. i wonder if he likes hugs... SO SAY WE ALL mrgreen

does anyone know where i can get flourescent purple fabric sweatdrop

also, i think we should have a game of assasin at the expo, gaia style ^^, although to work that would require a small meeting beforehand, and everybody to chip in on the prize, and organizing the tags and everything >_<. anyelse liek the idea? or have no idea what it is xD, ill post the rules if you want.

ASSASSIN

a game born from the game Assassin's creed ^^.
the aim of the game is to have the most kills while still being alive.

to play the game, you have to 'kill' as many of the other players as you can, while not being killed 3 times youself.

you are giving a nametag usually, which will have three tear away strips on it, these are your 'lives'. you are also given a weapon with which to carry out your murders, probably a feather.

the idea is that assassins are stealthy, so stealth kills are a must, there are no epic battle scenes xp sneak up behind your opponent, draw your weapon and dab them with it, saying a cheesy line that would make dante cringe 3nodding

after killing, the killed must give you one of their 'lives' if you lose all three you are out of the game.

you can hide your weapon anywhere, e.g. inside a book, your sleeve, hat e.t.c, but it must be out of it's hiding place for an assassination to count.

also, if another member of the game see's you with your weapon drawn, they can shout "WATCH OUT, ASSASSIN" at which point, the assassin that has been uncovered has to give the person that found them one of their 'lives'.

follow so far?

the rules are

1. each kill MUST be stealthy
2. no cheating, e.g. having your weapon taped to the side of a book and hitting them with that, the weapon must be seperate from anything at the time of the kill
3. there are no return hits, if someone has just killed you, you cant turn round and kill them. wait for them to be clear.
4. once the person you are attempting to kill has been killed, other members of the game that witness it cannot shout you out, it has to be BEFORE the kill.
5.you can only be killed if your tag is in full view, which means if you want a break from the game you can take it off, or tuck it in your top. also, to assasinate your tag must be in full view.


obviously these rules are going to be impossible to force with everyone spread round the centre, so it mostly relies on the people playing the game being nice, and just wanting to have fun.



so what do y'all think, the number of players would be around 20 i guess.
