@Arrow: Seems it. I got an application form-thingy a couple of months after I turned 16 in the post asking you to sign if you'd like a debit card a few months back. I signed it and sent it off but it still hasn't come yet.
Although my best friend, who's younger than me (And therefore, got her application later than me) already has hers... I don't think that's a good sign...

Yes, it does. D: I don't mind P&P either, as long as it's not a ridiculous price. (On Ebay,for example, I was looking for a metal dance mat (Regular ones suck, but I do like playing DDR and such) and I found one for a pretty reasonable price... but then I realised that the P&P was twice as much as the actual thing. Happens quite a lot with hard-to-deliver things.
Gonna have to drive to Scotland or somewhere, since the cheaper ones with no P&P are pick-up only. But that's fair enough, I'd imagine it would be hard to deliver a very heavy metal block with arrows and a support bar on.

@Lucy: I can speak enough French to just about make it in a French holiday (Eg; ordering food, using a train etc.), but I'd never be allowed to go either.

Only for certain banks. Like for Lloyds TSB if you already had a bank account then it automatically gets updated to a debit card, in fact I got mine like 4-6months before I turned 16! XD No idea why, just did!

However my friend is on Abbeys and had to apply for her debit card even though she already had her bank account. But she was allowed to get it 3 months before she turned 16 as well!

I can't go to Japan Expo in Paris anymore ;_; I have the money, I can speak French, but the currency rates are ridiculous so we thought it'd be best to wait a while when the currency rates are nicer. So my friend's mother says we can go another year, plus she was getting pretty impatient with the lack of dates! They still haven't released the dates yet so hotel and travel fees will be expensive since it's getting closer and closer >_<

Though since I can't go to JapEx@Paris it means I have looooooads of moneh for cosplays for next year... and maybe the year after! 8DDD

I've missed so much of this thread ;_;

gahhh me thinks i failed my history paper 2, oh well!

w00t for the goldfish, i have never had one, they die too quickly.Instead im currently looking after a hedgehog.Its a baby one and he has the sniffles cus he keeps on sneezing and the animal people said he might not make it for much longer but hes chances are better of it staying alive if we keep him. whee
