The one in London happens every may and october. The one in the midlands is in September. (as far as I know, I never go to the Midlands ones!)

So are people going to meet on Sunday as well this October or just Saturday? I can't come on Saturday so I hope it's both!!! I'm going to bring lots of muffins and food stuffs so *bribes*

Oh and someone said earlier that if the gaia panel thing is at 11 people in the normal queue won't be able to get there. O.o wow, you'd have to be pretty late and almost RIGHT at the back! It's not THAT bad! In fact once I beat my friend to the front of the line who had bought a fast track ticket!!! heart

I may be able to borrow my sister's old Road Camelot cosplay or I have a Misa one (Death Note) but I dunno. We'll see. I may bring my water meat this cosplay too. You guys can see it, I made it myself. xD

Thanks, I don't think I'll be going to the Midlands one, it's a lot further away than this one and this one's far enough. ^_^;

Does anyone know whether they have lockers/storage spaces at the con that people can use? Hotel check-in time is from 2pm and, even though I'm planning on packing as light as possible, I don't really want to carry the extra clothes round with me until then.

I think read somewhere that there was some kind of storage for cosplayers but I'm not cosplaying, I just want to find somewhere to put my stuff for the next day.

On Rock band, on the sunday for the competition

The person who can play higher levels will get the part.

I think read somewhere that there was some kind of storage for cosplayers but I'm not cosplaying, I just want to find somewhere to put my stuff for the next day.

I'm wondering the same thing, we have to check out at noon so the three of us are going to need somewhere to change in the evening and to put our suitcases.
We're cosplaying so hopefully we'll be able to take advantage of the storage but just incase it's not big enough for us.

Ah that's cool then, that makes sunday a lot easier. Our suitcase is massive so I might check with James if it's ok to leave at the cosplay point before we head up.
What time is the RB competition? My partner is really good at bass and drums so he might be up for it.

we need to go and participate before 2pm
then head back at 2pm

if we're one of the top 4 bands
then we go through to the finals and have to face off against other bands

There's a £2 fee to enter

and the prizes are
- One Omegapedal for the drummer
- 2 'Shadowman special*' Custom guitar controllers for the guitarists
- One customised microphone with microphone stand for the singer

Having a drummer would be the best for us ><

Wooo, five friends and I are going to the October expo.
I've been planning it since the May one where I went with only one friend. We didn't stay long either. We're all staying for the picnic this time though.
I really wanted to go to the masquerade, but only two of us are old enough to go by ourselves.


By the way, L u c y y y_x, if you're still going as Allen Walker you may see me screaming and pointing at you. I might even ask for a picture.
