At a Lost of Who to Cosplay...

Rightie, gonna get straight to the point. I'm wanting to cosplay someone fairly easy, not a very complicated costume to make (one that could be done in like 2 months and is inexpensive). HAS to be a short to medium length black-haired girl. Fairly young would be better cuz I have a baby face and I'm about 5' 2". Any suggestions?

Watch anime/read manga, and find a character you admire/enjoy and cosplay them. There are a lot of characters that look like that..
