Anime Mid Atlantic Con 2009 {Who's gonna be there?}

I'll be attending with a few friends. Were hoping to do the art table thing again. (translation: we have hotel room need to send in money for the table now. )

This will be our first Anime Mid Atlantic, but not our first time in this facility. (we've been to Nekocon in the past)

Well, we'll be selling a combo of original pieces as well as some fanart in the form of buttons, bookmarks and magnets. We also have a few prints as well. And of course we are also open for commissions on site. We hope to have some new designs to offer in addition to whats displayed on our website, if you have any suggestions or requests we're happy to consider them. I'm sure Robyn will, I might not have time cause of real life getting in the way (studying for GRE and then applying to grad school), but we'll see.

Our friend (and Ex roomate) who does the webcomic Shades of Veil is sharing with us. She's likely selling her bookmarks and prints of art from the comic and she may be offering her service of creating custom DnD Mini's. (These were really cool, she draws out and colors your character, bakes it so it shrinks then glues it onto a base so you can use it when you play your game of DnD, or whatever tabletop game youre playing.

dont necessarilly HAVE to cosplay if you dont have any costumes allready made. Or if you do just reuse one of the existing ones you have.

I'm going. I hated the one last year. It was hot and I was to ticked off to really do anything. This AMA is going to be my 5th con. I'm so glad it's going to be in the same hotel that nekocon 11 was at. I'm cosplaying as Snow White and Aoyagi Ritsuka. Most likely I'll be hanging out with a whole bunch of pokemon. ((my buddies whee ))

Do you guys wanna do a gaia photo shoot at AMA?

hellz yeah! Oh, I had a dream about AMA last night, it was wierd. I forgot all of my cosplaying things and I couldn't get pink hair to be Haruko and lost my apron for my alice in wonderland outfit....I woke up unhappy. yes, I'm probably going to wear a sigh with my user name around my neck...or a name tag that says "Hello my name is NaruRamen15"

Oh, a little question. For Haruko, should I bring a real guitar, fake guitar, or a guitar hero contoller? I like the last one, lol.

I don't think they allow signs at AMA, but people bring them anyway. Maybe you should put it on the Con badge. less stuff to carry.

Okey, I will. I'm still new to this whole con thing, and it's my first year cosplaying, so i'm still sorta clueless, but i get to go all three days. I'm trying to get my brother to come so I can have hotel rooms. he said if he does, he's going as ichigo.
