I know I'll be at Acen, but I dunno if I'll come to the Gaia gathering. Nothing against you, Bishoujo, but it kinda sucked last year. It was all things out of your control, though. (the smokers and the fact that virtually no one wanted to talk)

yeah well i wasnt feeling very good that year and i guess some people were shy... my list of 200 turned out to be 20 people showing up too

@Bishoujo: Eh, to each their own. I had an awesome time at the panels I went to last year~ ((Anime in Academia, the BL panel, and the Dominic Deegan panel--I wish I'd have gone to more, but I was with a bunch of people that didn't really want to go to panels, and I went to a concert and autograph signing, which ate a bunch of time, too))

i guess it depends on what they do at the panel too. it's interesting to listen to them talk and get all that insider information sometimes but i like some kind of interaction where i'm doing somethin like playing halo and killing people =o. hey thats an awesome idea i should hook us up with a game of halo =).

If it's card/board/rpg/whatever games, that could probably work out just fine. I've got quite a few of all of the above. Any suggestions on what should be brought?

I wish i had more time last year, i got stuck in my hotel room finishing the rest of my former cosplay groups costumes! Talk about a waste of time, and i didn't get to hang with my friends that i met at the Harry Potter shoot, was sooooo mad at them for that. Not going to miss it this year! ^_^

I'm wondering what card/board/rpg/whatever games do you have?

Card Games: Munchkin(including all of the expansions), Star Munchkin, Munchkin Cthulu, NinjaBurger, Magic the Gathering(multiple decks incase people don't have their own, Three Dragon Ante (its a DnD-based card game)

Board Games: Go, chess, checkers, Clue, Star Wars Monopoly (god I'm a nerd), DnD Skirmish

RPG: That really depends on if I'm supposed to make characters for everyone. Multiple DnD books (more of which can be borrowed from my DM), Three different versions of BESM (For those of you who don't know, BESM stands for Big Eyes, Small Mouth. It's an anime rpg. Pretty easy to set up for, actually), Changeling (which would have to be borrowed from said DM), and Vampire: The Masquerade (again, borrowed from DM)

Also, we have two months and there's a really nice gaming store about twenty to thirty minutes away from my place, so I could always pick something up. biggrin
