If it is cold like last year, how about same spot only inside the main entrance hall?....I think someone who is going should make a banner that says, "GAIA MEET UP"

yeah i was thinking the inside like the entrance-lobby area. perhaps.... choose a corner of the room and have someone with a sign or gaia poster.

...Define fabulous....the get together will most likely have every one in cosplay....the boys most in normal cosplay for that gender ninja and I can say I know of 2 so far in crossplay...depending on the day....>.> <.< you might see me crossplaying
