actually its pretty big you're first time lol. i almost have the whole con mapped in my head though. i tried drawing out a map of the location last year it kinda helped but i still had quite a few people get lost and were unable to find it. I learned that last year our location outside was not so much a good idea because we were surrounded by smokers. I didn't even realize I could run into that problem... I think we can have it inside the convention center this year. The groups usually aren't that big (even though my memberlist is long)) and there's plenty of open space. I also wish we could have more activities planned so we will have a more entertaining meeting ^_^.

I think what needs to be done is that the location needs to be put to a vote. It has to be somewhere easy to find, free of smokers (kinda limits it to inside), and the majority needs to agree upon it.

Possibly, to make the location of the get together even easier to find, someone should have a large sign proclaiming it. It would be kind of awkward to go around saying "Hey, are you here for the Gaia get together?" followed be a blank stare.

alrighty then this makes it a bit easier to plan. Let's work on figuring out locations for a get together...
