ok so i have a question for those who've stayed at the hotels: theres a high chance ill be getting a room this year, but im not sure what hotel would be better to stay at - any pros or cons for staying at the hilton or the marriot? is one better than the other? cheaper maybe?

I was at the Marriot and I LOOOOOOOVED it. There were some viewing rooms int the Hilton and it seemed nice, but I didn't see the rooms. Oh, and I had a couple friends in the Sainte Claire and it wasn't very nice in my opinion.

I stayed at the Hilton. It was really nice. The bed was cushy and had a big down comforter! However $100 an night is a bit more than I can afford and I don't know anyone else that'll want to go with me and share a room
I'm hoping to move to San Jose soon (not sure when, though) although nothing beats having a room right there where you can crash out whenever and come down at Midnight if you feel like it! Anyone else starting on their costumes yet? I'm still in the planning stages! |

oh, BTW, that Marriot room looks just like my Hilton room, right down to the desk and tv cabinet! How much is the Marriot per night?
