Aat the last con I went to I was walkimg around in my Greed cosplay and I hear. "GREED!" some girl walked up to me and knelled down and asked me to marry her. Of cousre I didn't know what to say so a Kadaj(sp?) that was with her said. "If you say no I'll hurt you (or something like that)" so I stood there not knowing what to say, and then my find dragged me away towards the escolators shouting "My Greed!" and when we were on the escolator I turned around and Kadaj was there with his sword at my throat! It was so much fun. We then walked by later and the girl was proposing to someone else... and I walked over and yelled. "Hey! I thought you were gonna marry me!" and was dragged away by my friend again, who was still shouting "My Greed!"

I dont think ive ever been to a con without being fought over at least once gonk

It is interesting.....I must say that. Awesome experience though!

me,my brother, and sister.
i was dress up as Rin and my brother as Lin from vocaloid and my sister her maid outfit.
when we going to McDonalds.
some old man came up to us and said
"what are you dress up as?"
and we answer
"were dress up as anime characters"
"oh, i see."
he stares at us up and down and says to me
"i like your outfit.short shorts and every bright,very pretty"
and then he walks away. creepy >.>

CHS Otaku Fest was the first time I ever helped someone else bind. And it was open shirt binding (my friend was Shipp Sasuke). So me and her are in the handicap stall in the girls' bathroom at this highschool (she's 35yrs and I'm 22 and of course we were being SO immature about her undressing in front of me, especially since I was already in my OWN crossplay outfit). We were making such a commotion while I was strapping her boobs down that anytime a group of girls came in, they did their business and hurried out as fast as they could. I'm sure we scared a lot of kids that day... ^^; It was worth it, because her Sasuke is FANTASTIC.

my group had sorta the same thing happen
we were in...wendy's and this old couple kept staring at us. Me being hidan, i had my cloak open and my chest bare (in october) so the older lady and man are done eating and walk up to me an my group, and ask "is it halloween already?" we told them "oh no not yet (only the 15th or so) we came from an anime convention where you dress up as characters from shows and japanse comics...ect." The old guy replied "oh ok i see, i hope you children have fun" then the old lady says directly to me "your gunna catch a cold sonny close up your cloak"
... >w> i was sorta cold haha, but the old people still gave us a good laugh

Oh, okay.

Two years ag at Animethon I was walking down the hallway.
I was cosplaying a Riku from Kingdom Hearts 2.
All of a sudden, when I turn the corner, a girl screamed and said something about my arm band, then all these other Kingdom hearts cosplayers screamed "RIKU!!!".
I wwas slowly moving backwards then made a run for it.
THey followed me, and there was a dead end.
I got glomped in the end.

xD Most painful five minute sof my life when you fall from glompage.

So, people are getting on and off, staring at us like we were crazy (when actually, we were just kind of standing there), and like, five floors later, my friend says:
"Holy ********! I forgot normal people are here too!"
It might've been funnier at the time, though....

My small group (me as hidan)(the rest of my group)(itachi, shikamaru and kakuzu)
we went back up to the hotel side of the convention center cause this place is huge and has so many different levels are areas. So we were in the elevator and got off at our floor, went into our room and dumped off some s**t and picked up some other crap and walked back outside of the room, we decided that we could run down the stairs like retards instead of the elevator. So in fact we do parade dwn the stairs, but we suddenly relise an old folk couple are frozen speechless at the bottem of the stairs. Kakuzu looks like a ******** terrorist xD I have a huge a** scythe and they are just staring at us. So i forget who, but i think shika said "er sorry.... sweatdrop " and we ran past them out of the stair case then as we were far enough away from them i was like "hooo s**t did we seriously ******** forget there are normal people here?!"

haha, i was telling my kakuzu with me "hmm the old people may think your a terrorist neutral " It always quite amusing when the "normal" non con goers randomly appear and are weirded out

We also had some really...id say preppy popular-ish type girls at the hotel and they were looking at us so funny

Oh, god, yes, my friend was him one year, and it was /freakishly/ accurate (she got contacts and used makeup to make the stitches look real), and we were walking around downtown, we got some funny reactions.

I was kuzu one year as well i actually got alot of good comments : D everyone said i was a really good and acurate cosplayer...the only reason being is that im just pale as hidan, and kakuzu is tan...so thats the only downfall and why i stick and have stuck with hidan for since he came out in the manga, cause i math him soooooooooooo much better
