If it hasnt happened more than once, I would not worry about it to be completely honest. If it starts becoming a more common thing, then I would look at memory modules as the probable cause.

i think its a hardware problem i think or maybe yuor computer is not up for windows maybe it mac or somthing else

This may not help much, but make sure you're installing updates for Firefox. As well, make sure you're checking the obvious, such as updating drivers and whatnot.
