I somehow got snipsmart downloaded and it is ruining everything. I get non stop pop ups and ads. I uninstalled the program from my control panel but it is still in my program files and nothing had stopped popping up. Someone please help me.

Also my computer is refurbished so can i factory reset it or no? I'm about to give up and just do a factory default reset but I don't know if this will make things worse
