Looks nice. I do suggest a bit darker of links so that they are easier to see and read, but other than that it's fine.

Also... since when does Neopets allow outside linking?

They don't, I wish they did though. I just put the URL on one of my petpages. O and thanks for the advice ^^

On another note, I too have an rpg site. I've run into a bit of hole as to what else I could do with it. It's pretty basic at the moment but I do plan to make items available soon. Anything else?
